I offer boxes of a dozen assorted truffles 3 holidays a year (sometimes 4 depending on weather). Fifty boxes just went out into the world and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. I owe a lot of it to the small business organization, MESO, for their generous grant that allowed me to purchase a real chocolate tempering machine and custom boxes.
