


I’ve been doing popups for the past couple of years and I really enjoy them. Bakery pop-up events have become a popular way for cottage bakers like myself to connect with customers outside the traditional storefront. My popups have ranged from store events, art studio holiday sales, and even an interior design firm open house.
I also learn a lot from these experiences, be it interacting with new customers or experimenting with flavors and designs to create a unique menu tailored to the specific event. And partnering with a local business fosters a sense of community and creates a special, limited-time experience.
