For this sale I will be doing one of Sweden’s most popular desserts, fluffy brioche buns filled with a cardamom cream. If you haven’t tried burnt Basque cheesecake before, it has an incredibly light almost mousse like texture. For the truffles, I’m testing out a new flavor, and a new brand of chocolate. Osmanthus is a wonderfully apricot scented flower from the fragrant olive tree. In China they use it for tea and desserts. For this sale truffles are 1/2 their normal price.
