The packaging, the unique flavors, that they are handmade and look beautiful. I'd never had pandan before and that's now my favorite. The truffles are beautiful and have really vibrant flavors like pandan, gianduia, and osmanthus (which is a flower that tastes like apricots!). Thin chocolate shell of perfection that has a crispy crack when you bite it, giving way to the yummiest variety of perfectly soft centers. My kind of truffle. I have never had anything from Joe that I wouldnt eat again and again. Though I have to limit my sugar but I can never turn down the key lime bars or ham and cheese croissants. DEE-LISH!
